Irma Petraskine, a Latvian, was wandering along the banks of the Daugava in the evening when she discovered a puppy resting on the shore.
The dog moaned gently as he was terrified and horrified. The woman saw a large metal item attached to the dog’s collar as she approached the soaking cold dog.
They were clearly attempting to drown the dog. Looking at the creature, there were no two perspectives on this score.
She felt sorry for the four-legged creature and decided to take him home with her.
Irma identified the breed of the saved dog, which turned out to be a black and white spaniel.
It is still unknown how he succeeded to get out of the water. She was able to untie the wire that was tied to his collar.
Despite the man’s duplicity and deceit, the dog happily surrendered to Irma’s embrace.
The dog did not lose his love for humans. And as she grabbed him in her arms, he licked her directly in the face in thanks. He became quiet as he placed his entire body on the woman’s breast.
When the woman went home, she rushed to social media to tell how she came upon the puppy.
This page had 750,000 visits in a short period of time. Everyone was astonished by the uncaring owner’s decision to dispose of the canine in such a horrible manner.
However, the dog’s owner quickly surfaced on social media. He wrote to Irma, saying that the dog had gotten away from home and that he had spent a long time searching for him but had not located him.
When he might come in to pick up his doggie, the man inquired. Nonetheless, the woman was adamant about not returning the dog to its owner under any conditions.
She urged the rescue volunteers to come and care for the puppy until the owner’s problem was sorted.
That cruel owner maybe wanted to finish the job he started. How horrible!
